Do I also need to buy Unlimited Month?
No separate initial purchase is needed. Private Expansion charges $499 initially, including your first 30-day class period and private package. After those 30 days, class access renews at $199 every 30 days until you stop renewal.
When does my class month start?
Your first 30-day class period starts at the original successful $499 payment. Verifying your inbox or recovering access later does not restart it. Each successful $199 renewal pays for another 30-day class period. The satisfaction-refund promise applies only to the initial period.
What happens on renewal?
Class access renews at $199 every 30 days. The combined 30-minute appointment and three Light Treasures are not repeated. Private Expansion does not add the ordinary included 15-minute session. The satisfaction-refund promise does not repeat on renewal.
How do I stop renewal?
Use the stop-renewal option on your private access page at any time. Future renewals stop; you keep already-paid and separately earned class access. A failed renewal adds no new paid access until payment succeeds.
Are the scan and private session separate?
No. One remote 30-minute appointment combines the scan and guided interpretation with Winnie or Jay, subject to availability.
What are the Light Treasures?
The package includes three permanent Light Treasures. Guidance is provided after purchase.
Can I change the appointment?
You may request rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. A late cancellation or no-show is considered used.
What is the full-refund condition?
The satisfaction-refund promise covers your initial $499 payment only. It requires total dissatisfaction and at least 11 qualifying, verified remote Light Shower classes during your original 30-day period. Submit your request before that period ends, measured from your original successful $499 payment. Later staff verification does not disqualify a timely request. Added service days do not extend this deadline, and later $199 renewals do not repeat this promise.
Is a scan report included?
No separate written or digital report is promised. The scan and interpretation are part of your combined appointment.
