One hour to breathe, move and practice together.

Light Shower is a live Tao Calligraphy practice. A facilitator guides sound, breath, gentle movement and meditation, with a different focus each weekday.

Morning classes bring voice and movement. Evening classes focus on guided meditation and supported stillness. Follow along, adapt a movement or observe first.

Join online from a quiet place where you can sit, stand or lie down comfortably. No experience or particular belief is required, and your camera can stay off.

A practice for body, breath and mood.

Nervous system regulation

Practice slowing down. Guided breathing, sound and stillness give you time to notice your body and settle into a comfortable pace.

Qi Gong breathing

Bring attention to your breath with gentle movement and voice. Follow the guide, adapt the practice and pause whenever you need.

Stress reduction and mood support

Make space away from the demands of the day. Explore focused attention, shared sound and a regular moment of connection.

Rest for pain and fatigue

If you are seeking relief from pain or fatigue, choose supported stillness or gentle movement. Sitting, lying down and observing are welcome.

Light Shower is a spiritual and educational practice. Individual experiences vary. It is not medical or mental-health treatment and does not replace licensed care.

Five Elements Friday

Explore Five Elements traditions through chanting, Qi Gong and gentle movement.

Tao Calligraphy tradition

The Master Sha lineage behind Light Shower.

Light Shower draws on Tao Calligraphy, created by Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha. The practice brings calligraphy together with chanting, breath, movement and meditation.

Master Sha learned the Yi Bi Zi, or single-stroke, calligraphy tradition from Professor Li Qiuyun. Tao Calligraphy developed from that foundation.

Winnie trained in this tradition and became a Tao Calligraphy Practitioner in 2023 and a Ten Da Lineage Holder in 2024.

Aware

Release

Pause and let the immediate reaction ease so you can listen.

Choose & Commit
