Conversation
Feel seen without performing
Heart-centered conversation, inspiring stories, guided reflection, and sharing create a warm place to name what has been heavy.
Wednesday healing circle for women
A weekly gathering for women seeking peace, connection, healing, and joy, in person at The Awareness Center and live on Zoom.
A place to receive
Have you been carrying a lot lately? The responsibilities, the worries, the endless to-do lists, and the quiet feeling that you have been caring for everyone else without receiving much support yourself.
Midweek Women's Circle is a weekly pause where you can breathe, laugh, connect, be nourished, and remember who you are underneath all the roles you play.
Reserve your seatCome exactly as you are.
Overwhelmed, stuck, lonely, stressed, curious, hopeful, or simply longing for deeper connection. No experience is needed. No pressure. No perfection required.
Just a willingness to show up for yourself in the company of warm, supportive women.
What you may experience
Each week has its own blend of personal growth and community support, held with care by the guides and the room.
Conversation
Heart-centered conversation, inspiring stories, guided reflection, and sharing create a warm place to name what has been heavy.
Embodiment
Gentle movement, energy exercises, vocalization, sound healing, and healing blessings help the nervous system settle.
Integration
Simple tools and community support help you leave calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
Community moments
A glimpse of the warmth, support, and shared presence that shapes the room.
Reserve your seat
The secure reservation step is next. Choose a single session, or bring a new friend and receive the friend rate together.
After reserving
Heart Center LA can send the current in-person and Zoom information after your reservation is complete, so you know exactly how to arrive.
If you have a question before reserving, contact the team and they will help you choose the right next step.
Ask a questionAfter you reserve
Once your seat is reserved, all that is left is to arrive. Pull up a chair, take a deep breath, bring a friend if you would like, and let the circle hold a little of what you have been carrying.
This is one hour and thirty minutes dedicated entirely to your well-being, connection, and inner steadiness.
Most women come for relief and stay for connection.
Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens when we gather, share, laugh, soften, and remember that we are not alone.
Meet your guides
Winnie is an MIT-trained engineer, medical intuitive acupuncturist, speaker, and founder of the Jaw-Gut-Pelvis Method. She bridges modern science and intuitive wisdom to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their own healing potential.
April brings a nurturing, heart-opening presence through music, sound, and healing frequencies. Through sound, vibration, and presence, she helps create an atmosphere where stress can soften and inner peace can emerge.
This circle is for you if
