Light Shower
The live weekday practice
Light Shower is a live spiritual and educational practice on Zoom. The weekday rhythm includes calligraphy light, voice, movement, meditation, and community.
Monday and Friday are remote at 7 AM Pacific. Tuesday and Thursday meet remotely and in person from 6:30 to 7:30 PM; physical seats are $35. Wellness Wednesday is remote from 7 to 8 AM. The first free visit is online Monday through Friday.
Yes. Your first visit is free. It always is.
Three-Class Access is $99 for three confirmed remote bookings. Attending live or missing as a no-show uses one reserved credit; a cancellation returns it. Unlimited Month is $199 for 30 days of live remote classes plus one complimentary 15-minute session. Every confirmed paid booking under either plan includes the matching 72-hour replay. Only verified live attendance counts toward the $199 satisfaction threshold. Physical seats are separate purchases.
No. Heart Center Library access is not part of the current $199 offer.
Joining and participation
Every Light Wall class is live remotely. Tuesday and Thursday also offer separate $35 physical seats at the Pasadena clinic. Midweek Women's Circle offers three physical seats on two approved Wednesdays each month. Every free first visit is online only, Monday through Friday, including Wellness Wednesday.
No. The facilitator explains the practice live, and observing first is welcome.
No. Camera off is fine.
You can make it smaller, sit down, pause, or observe. Choose participation that is appropriate for your space.

What these programs are, and are not
No. Light Shower is a spiritual and educational practice. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support, or emergency services.
No. Credentials describe each facilitator's training and scope. They do not prove a class will create a specific health or emotional outcome.
Use local emergency services or an appropriate licensed medical or mental-health professional. Do not rely on a class, event, email, or website form for urgent help.
