Midweek Women's Circle is part of Light Shower. This small gathering makes room for gentle practice, reflection, and connection with others. No prior experience is required.
This is a community wellness and educational experience. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, or emergency care.

Heart Center LA, 2801 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107. The physical room has three participant seats per occurrence.

Per person, subject to an open seat. A reservation is confirmed only through the approved Mindbody booking flow.

Come with a new friend
At least one person in the pair must have no verified attendance at any Heart Center LA program. Staff verifies eligibility and two open seats, then completes both reservations in Mindbody before confirming either person.
Physical bookings, payments, capacity, waitlists, cancellations, and check-in are handled in Mindbody. Booking opens here after approved dates and the tested public destination are confirmed.

Remote participation is available only through protected Light Shower plan access. This public page is for physical attendance.
Plan participants receive their private access through the protected class flow. Public booking and replay links are not shown here.
Before you reserve
Know the cancellation boundary
Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled occurrence is refund-eligible. Cancellation inside 24 hours and no-show are non-refundable. Friend-pair cancellations require staff review.
