Which classes can I choose?
Your eligible free first visit can be any available regular online Light Shower class, Monday through Friday. Monday, Wednesday and Friday meet from 7–8 AM Pacific. Tuesday and Thursday meet from 6:30–7:30 PM Pacific.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free visits cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Choose a time you can attend: attending or missing your booked class uses your free visit.
Is a replay included?
No. Your free visit is a live online class and does not include a replay.
Can I use the free visit in Pasadena?
No. The free first visit is online only. In-person classes are separate $35 bookings in Mindbody.
What should I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothes, check your Zoom connection and keep water nearby. Leave space to sit or move. For evening classes, choose a supported place to sit or lie down.
Light Shower is a spiritual and educational practice. Individual experiences vary. It is not medical or mental-health treatment and does not replace licensed care.
